The Lobster Pot is a restaurant in Margate that is seeped in heritage. The challenge was to update the corporate identity of the restaurant while maintaining the traditional look and feel. The concept used to tackle the brief was to rebrand The Lobster Pot so that it was appealing to new audiences while still holding true to the heritage of the restaurant. A colour palette of burgundy and black was adopted, keeping the design elements old school yet refined. Two radio advertisements were created to attract two different demographics, one being straight forward and informative and the other being emotive and evocative. Packaging designs were created for take aways, using copy to create a memorable experience. Pole advertisement posters were also created to increase the reach of advertising. Lastly a food truck design was created offering on the go advertising.
